Oh, yes, I so do. Most of the time, anyway.
I guess I told you how pathetic school has been since it started on 19th, and how much I dislike my class. Well, guess what? I got it changed. I go to the section of my choice now, although it required a lot of persuading and arguing with many teachers on my part. But in the end, it was all worth it. 🙂
I’ve been to school for four days in a row, and I’m dead tired. Hence, I’ll be staying home tomorrow, maybe even study a bit of Physics, and then prepare myself for the competition on Friday (it is a Hindi story-writing thing). And make myself a nice breakfast 😀 My mother does the cooking on school days, and if I don’t get up in time, I have to eat whatever she’s cooked. Don’t get me wrong, she’s a wonderful cook, and the problem is that I am the fussy one. My sister will hog down anything that is put in front of her.
It is getting hotter day by day, and minus the sticky feeling of sweat at the nape of my neck, I’m loving it. 🙂 I don’t know why people don’t like summer.
I love summer. I love wandering in gardens on a summer day, preferably with a novel to read underneath a tree or something. And don’t even get me started over the ice-cream 😉
It is a lovely feeling, you know, not having a care in the world. I wish we could stay that way for longer.
By the way, Mom’s birthday was great. We all enjoyed ourselves 🙂
See you around, people! Take care.
